Marshall, nhmfd, is a 1979 graduate of Rittner's School of Floral Design, Boston, MA and has continued her floral education by achieving her NH certification as a master floral designer. Anne specializes in weddings, showers, corporate, and all other social events requiring floral work. Anne's Country Florals is a full-time, professional retail florist and gift shop. It is our shop’s policy not to leave deliveries outside unless instructed by the customer. We will make the final decision on depending on the weather conditions. We will also check with a next door neighbor who may be willing to accept the delivery rather than leaving an order exposed to the elements. Our policy is to tag the door of the recipient letting them know where their delivery has been left or if it was brought back to the shop. We follow up with the recipient to verify they received their delivery or we will make arrangements with them to pick up at the shop for their convenience or we will redeliver the order. All delivery tickets are signed and timed to delivery verification.

Deliveries of an urgent matter will require an additional fee.

Local funeral directors require that funeral pieces be delivered two hours before calling hours begin.

There is a minimum order value required for delivery and a delivery fee which varies according to the delivery area. U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day or "express deliveries" for an additional fee, but this cannot always be guarantee. This must be pre-approved by the route manager.

We deliver on Sundays to local funeral homes, hospitals, and weddings only. Our regular Sunday's hours are 10:00am to 1:00pm. We will accept Sunday orders placed before 11:00am for delivery to St. Joseph Hospital, Southern NH Medical Center, Hudson and Nashua Funeral Homes. The delivery charge is $10.00 for this service.

Anne's Country Florals Inc is able to have flowers and plants sent around the world. Orders need to be placed 3 business days before the requested delivery date. Please call our shop at 603-889-9903 or 1-800-368-9903 to place and international order. International orders cannot be placed over the internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
